Three decades of experience teaching K-12, college, and adults.


Dr. Tully is the elementary music teacher for the Carver's Bay attendance area of the Gerogetown County School District, at both Brown's Ferry and Plantersville Elementary Schools.  He has 30 years of experience teaching students of all levels from head start through graduate school.  Dr. Tully has taught band, chorus and general music in Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky and South Carolina.  He  has been a consultant, guest conductor, and presenter at regional and national conferences and events throughout the country. In addition to his duties at BFES, Dr. Tully is on the adjunct faculty of the SC Department of Education VirtualSC, where he is the music Subject Matter Expert for course design.  He lives in Murrells Inlet, SC and is married to Amy, who is a musician and an Associate Dean at Coastal Carolina University.
